New York City born and bred, Laurie grew up in Sunnyside, Queens, dreaming of the day she’d cross the 59th Street Bridge to move into Manhattan and begin a career as an actress.

To her surprise, she discovered additional callings along the way.

 

A published author and produced playwright, she also works in media as a publicist. Laurie continues to connect and create while drawing constant inspiration from her longtime love - the city.
